Exhibition and Project Management Services – working with both internal and external Curators and Art Directors, and liaising directly with artists to manage an acceptable and saleable body of artwork, achievable exhibition timelines, budgets, marketing and PR, writing and managing exhibition publications, etc.

Sales Support – analyses and researches both the art, and secondary art, markets to fully maximize sales of the artist’s work, provides information and research to Sales Directors and staff, makes regular presentations to the company and individuals on artwork, contextualisation, background and materials, etc.

Artist Research and Development – working closely with the artist to achieve his/her greatest potential; developing new lines of artwork, experimenting with new mediums, advising on budgets, client commissions and creative progression, whilst implementing market research, client needs, etc.

Artist Management – working in cooperation with the gallery Directors and the artist, acting as the main point of contact for both the artist and their chosen representation, to achieve maximum potential of exposure and sales; direct liaison with both the representative gallery and sales staff on all levels including artist information, sales and sale support, artwork transport, maintenance, etc. on behalf of the artist; advising the artist with regards to their relationship with contracted representation, upcoming placements and exhibitions, creative and sales strategy, et

Public Installation Advisement – working with all parties involved, i.e. Galleries, City Councils, Transport Companies, Charities and private organisations, etc, to achieve both permanent and temporary public placements of artwork.

Publication Services – authoring all artist related articles and publications, including Press Releases, Exhibition Reviews, Foreward Essays, Critical Essays, etc.

Art Consulting and Sourcing – Working with the sales team and liaising with clients regarding art placements within their personal or commercial properties, bespoke installations, sourcing specific artwork, etc.
